Shipping Costs

No order is made until final acceptance by you after you see all your costs, and have estimated  your cost of shipping, and after seeing the final total you press the acceptance to the order button.

To estimate your costs of shipping of a product to you, you simply place the items you are interested in, into the shopping cart, and then you enter your country and post code.

The totals of goods in the cart, and their weights will be calculated to your destination, and a total price will be given, less any discounts you may have, and you will be given the opportunity to accept to reject the cart, continue shopping adding in more or removing items from the cart. You can finally abandon the cart if you are not happy with your intended purchase.

Returns Policy

Returns subject to prior agreement with Lightning Systems.

Cost of return to be borne by the sende (unless prior agreed in writing with Lightning Systems).

Return is subject to any cancellation terms, which may be agreed in writing, with Lightning Systems.

Shipping

We ship to most destinations in the world. Exceptions are restrictions on particular products or restricted international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are volumetric weight-based.

To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be approximately rounded.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the type of item. 

Items which do not need special engineering can be shipped almost immediately.

Items, for example, like terminals and keyboards, requiring special engineering testing and refurbishment, take longer to process, so please allow despatch times, varying from a couple of days, to a few days.

Where special additional refurbishment is ordered, for example to refurbishment to like new, this can take a few more days to complete, before despatch.
